You have performed the required energy and cost evaluations of each potential approach, identifying risks, alternatives, cost assumptions and business benefits. Because there are a lot of steps to full compliance with Phase 3, it makes sense to
assess your progress along the way. Use the FDCCI Connect Assessment Tool, which was developed using data from a variety of federal agencies that have successfully completed Phase 3, to gauge your progress. By taking this assessment, you will be better able to determine where you are in Phase 3 and compare it with where you expected to be.
This assessment will put your Phase 3 progress into perspective. One of the benefits of taking this assessment is the ability to see what your peers have learned during Phase 3. Review “
